Cheesecake Pudding Fruit Salad

Key to Success #1 – The Cheesecake Flavor

This luscious Cheesecake Fruit Salad is full of cheesecake flavor thanks to both the Cheesecake flavored Instant Pudding Mix and the No-Bake Cheesecake Filling.

If you’re not familiar with the No-Bake Cheesecake Filling, it’s often found next to the cream cheese in your local supermarket.

It comes in a tub and is already refrigerated and fully prepared.

You could literally spoon this filling into a graham cracker crust and be ready to serve in less than 10 minutes.

If you can’t find the No-Bake Cheesecake Filling, try substituting 8 ounces of cream cheese + 1 cup of powdered sugar.

You’ll stir together the Cheesecake Filling, yogurt, and cheesecake instant pudding mix.

Then gently fold in the Cool Whip.

This will make a fantastic creamy base for your fruit salad.

Be sure to use a large bowl!

Key to Success #2 – All Your Favorite Fresh Fruits

I love to put loads of fresh strawberries, blueberries, and bananas in my Cheesecake Fruit Salad.

You can use pretty much any fruit that you like as long as it’s either fresh or well-drained.

I think pineapple chunks would be fantastic in this recipe as well.

For the strawberries, I cut them into quarters.

You can make the chunks bigger or smaller based on your preferences. I cut the bananas into coins.

Be sure to reserve some fruit to use for garnish on top of your fruit salad.

Otherwise, all the fruit will get covered up by the cheesecake filling.

Key to Success #3 – Get Your Chill On

After your fruit salad is all mixed up, you’ll want to chill it in the fridge at least an hour or more.

I’d recommend mixing up your salad the same day that you’re planning to serve it.

If you need to mix it up the night before, wait until the day of your dinner to add the bananas.

And maybe I’m biased but don’t skip out on the marshmallows in this salad either.

They add a unique texture to the salad and besides, marshmallows are super yummy.

And that’s my “professional” opinion.

This colorful salad would be so pretty served in a large trifle dish!
