This 5-minute Restaurant-style Salsa comes together quickly in the food processor or blender. You can spice it up as much as you want. Don't be shy, a little heat never hurt anyone.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Ro-tel tomatoes and green chiles, drained if you want thicker salsa
  • white onion, large
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 jalapenos
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ lime, juiced, optional
  • 1 handful cilantro

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into food processor or blender. Pulse a few times until no large chunks remain. 
  • Cover and refrigerate a few hours to overnight. 

Notes

Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or corn chips.
