Ingredients
 

  • 1.5-2 pounds chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • sesame seeds

Directions

  • Place the chicken in the Crock Pot or slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, oregano, and sesame seeds. Pour over the chicken.
  • Cook on HIGH power for 4 hours.
  • Serve over rice or broccoli. Garnish with additional sesame seeds.
