Ingredients
 

  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 32 oz chicken broth
  • 2-3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz rotini pasta

Directions

  • In a 6-quart Crock Pot, stir together crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. Add chicken breasts, ensuring that they are covered with the liquid. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  • Shred chicken. Stir in parmesan cheese, heavy whipping cream, and uncooked pasta. Cover and cook another 20 minutes until the pasta is tender.
  • Serve and enjoy topped with additional parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, or parsley.
