Cheesy Chicken Mac and Cheese Cups

Ingredients
 

  • 12 Tyson chicken nuggets
  • 1 box macaroni and cheese dinner
  • 12 King's Hawaiian rolls
  • 3 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 8 Velveeta cheese slices, quartered
  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp breadcrumbs

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook Tyson® Chicken Nuggets according to package instructions. Set aside.
  • Prepare the mac and cheese dinner according to package directions. Set aside.
  • Spray a 12-hole muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Flatten each roll with the palm of your hand and press into each muffin mold. Brush the top of each roll with melted butter. Toast in the oven for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Spoon 1/4 cup mac and cheese on each toasted roll. Place a quarter slice of cheese onto the mac and cheese mixture. Top with a chicken nugget. Mix Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs together and sprinkle over the top of each nugget.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until the hot and toasty.
