Italian Meatball Sub Sandwiches are a super easy dinner option for busy families. You can use frozen meatballs and jarred spaghetti sauce to make dinner even faster.
In medium saucepan, combine frozen meatballs, pasta sauce, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Slice sub rolls being careful not to slice all the way through. Place 4-5 meatballs in each roll then top with additional sauce. Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake sub sandwiches in oven for 10-15 minutes until sandwiches are hot and cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.
