If you’re like me and you don’t like the mess and hassle of cooking hamburgers on the stove top, you’ll love these Air Fryer Hamburgers. They taste delicious and there’s no greasy mess to clean up.
Preheat Air Fryer on 400 degrees F for 2-3 minutes.
Divide ground beef into 4 even portions and form into round patties. Season both sides to taste.
Place hamburger patties in a single layer in the basket of Air Fryer.
Cook on 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Flip patties then cook another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
Notes
I recommend using 93% lean ground beef in these air fryer hamburgers.
Use a hamburger press to make even patties to ensure even cooking.
Press a shallow well into the center of the patties before cooking to prevent the burgers from shrinking.
To make cheeseburgers, place a slice of cheese on top of the patties after air frying then close the air fryer basket without turning the machine on. This will melt the cheese.
