Air Fryer Chicken Tenders are super easy to make in the Air Fryer and not as messy as frying chicken on the stove. The chicken tenders turn out crispy on the outside and tender and juicy inside.
In small flat bowl, whisk egg then add milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
In separate flat bowl, add flour and salt and pepper, to taste.
Season trimmed chicken with salt and pepper then dredge each tenderloin in flour then place in egg and milk mixture. Remove from egg mixture, shaking gently to remove extra liquid. Place back in flour and coat well.
Place coated tenderloins in Air Fryer basket in single layer. Lightly spray with olive oil. Cook 10 minutes. Use tongs to flip chicken tenders. Cook another 8-10 minutes. If needed, cook an additional 4-6 minutes until crispy and fully cooked.
