In large bowl, combine Rice Chex cereal, miniature marshmallows, and pretzels.
In small microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate candy coating in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
Pour candy coating over Chex Mix and stir to coat completely.
Spread Chex Mix out onto waxed paper. While still wet, sprinkle Easter sprinkles over the Chex Mix. Let dry completely, about 15 minutes.
Break Chex Mix into bite-sized pieces and place in a large zip-top plastic baggie. Pour in powdered sugar and shake to coat.
Scoop Chex Mix out into a serving bowl. Discard remaining powdered sugar.
Stir in candy-coated chocolate eggs.
