  • Combine beans, 3/4 cup picante sauce, red & green bell pepper, onion, cumin and garlic. Mix well. Cover and chill.
  • Before serving, combine mashed avocados, cream cheese, remaining 1/4 cup picante sauce and salt. (Use lemon juice on avocados.) Mix until smooth.
  • Spread evenly into bottom of 9" pie plate. Spoon chilled bean mixture over avocado mixture. 
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
