Ingredients
- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 4 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tsp coconut extract
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 1 cup dried pineapple
- 1 cup dried banana chips
- 1 cup dried coconut pieces
Directions
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
- In large bowl, mix together melted butter, brown sugar, and coconut extract. Add Rice Chex, Corn Chex and macadamia nuts. Stir to coat completely.
- Pour cereal mix out onto parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring well every 15 minutes.
- Pour mixture out onto waxed paper. Add dried fruits. Mix well.
- Cool before serving.
