Chicken Salad Sandwiches for a Party

Chicken Salad Sandwiches are a great finger sandwich option for picnics or parties. You can customize the sandwiches with lots of different mix-ins and serve it in many many different ways, such as on white bread, 7-grain bread, croissants, crackers, or even on a bed of lettuce. Kid-friendly ingredients too!

Instructions

  • In medium bowl, use fork to break hard-boiled eggs into fine pieces. Add in canned chicken and shredded cheese. Stir well.
  • Add in 2/3 cup of Miracle Whip Salad Dressing and mix completely.
  • Stir in any mix-ins, if desired.

Notes

If desired, add up to 1 cup of mix-ins of your choice.
  • Diced apples
  • Toasted walnuts or other nuts
  • Seedless grapes, quartered
  • Cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • Diced Onion
  • Diced Celery
  • Raisins or other dried fruit
  • Diced pickles
  • Bacon pieces
Serve on your favorite sandwich, bread, 7-grain bread, brioche buns, croissants, or crackers.
