In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the almond bark on high power for 1 minute. Stir well. Microwave at 30-second intervals until almond bark is melted and smooth.
For each Santa Cookie, dip one end of the Nutter Butter cookie into white almond bark for Santa's beard.
Turn the cookie over and dip the other end into the almond bark for Santa's hat.
Immediately dip the Santa hat end into red sanding sugar, leaving a little bit of white showing.
Place the Nutter Butter onto a sheet of waxed paper.
Use a wooden skewer to place a dab of almond bark on the back of a white chocolate chip. Place the chocolate chip to one side of Santa's hat for the pompom.
Place a dab of almond bark on the back of two mini chocolate chips. Place the chocolate chips on Santa's face for eyes.
Place a dab of almond bark on the back of a red hot candy for Santa's nose.
