Ingredients

  • 1 pound pretzels
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 packet 1 oz Fiesta Ranch Dip mix
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Line large rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  • In a small bowl, mix together ranch packet, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, and lemon pepper. Stir in vegetable oil.
  • Place pretzels in a large zip-top plastic baggie. Pour in oil mixture. Seal bag and shake well.
  • Pour pretzels out onto a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and stir well. Pour out onto a sheet of waxed paper and allow to cool completely, about 30 minutes.

Notes

  • Try substituting popcorn oil or melted butter for the vegetable oil.
  • Can use any variety of Ranch dressing mix. Use regular Ranch mix for less-spicy pretzels.
