  • Preheat air fryer to 300 degrees F.
  • In a medium bowl, combine peanuts, sugar, cayenne pepper, melted butter, salt, and water. Stir well to coat the peanuts.
  • Pour coated peanuts into the air fryer basket. Cook 5 minutes. Open the air fryer and shake the basket to redistribute the peanuts.
  • Increase temperature to 350 degrees F. Cook 5 more minutes.
  • Pour peanuts onto a sheet of waxed paper to cool completely.
