Ingredients

  • 6-8 donuts
  • 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 box vanilla cake mix
  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  • Place as many whole donuts as you can fit in a single layer in the bottom of the casserole dish. Cut remaining donuts into pieces and stuff them between the whole donuts to fill the spaces.
  • Pour a can of evaporated milk over the donuts.
  • Drizzle a can of sweetened condensed milk over the donuts.
  • Sprinkle cake mix over the donuts and milk. Try to cover the entire surface of the casserole dish.
  • Cut 1 1/2 sticks of butter into tabs. Place tabs of butter over the dry cake mix, trying to cover as much of the surface as possible.
  • Do not mix.
  • Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You may only need to use about 2/3 of the cake mix.
