Ingredients

  • 2 quarts raspberry sherbet
  • 2 liters ginger ale, refrigerated
  • 52 oz Simply Lemonade with Raspberry, refrigerated

Directions

  • Optional - The day before your party, use a small cookie scoop to scoop balls of sherbet from 1 tub of raspberry sherbet. Place sherbet balls in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until firm. Store the sherbet balls in a zip-top baggie until time for your party.
  • In a large punch bowl, pour in raspberry lemonade.
  • Use a large spoon to add scoops of raspberry sherbet.
  • Pour cold ginger ale over the sherbet. The punch will foam up. Stir well.
  • Add a few of your frozen sherbet balls to the top of the punch bowl. Do not stir.
  • Serve immediately!

Notes

  • If you can't find Simply Lemonade with Raspberry, you can use pink lemonade.
  • You can continue adding balls of sherbet during the party if needed. The balls are to add a pretty look to your punch bowl as the sherbet starts to melt.
  • You can substitute any flavor of sherbet in this recipe. I used one tub of raspberry sherbet and one tub of rainbow sherbet because that was what my grocery store had available.
  • If you do not make the sherbet balls in advance, you can put both tubs of sherbet into the punch bowl when you first make the punch.
