Raspberry Sherbet Party Punch is a great drink to serve at your Sweet 16 Party or a pink baby girl shower. You are going to love this sweet and frothy drink that combines lemonade, sherbet, and ginger ale into one tasty non-alcoholic kid-friendly punch.
Optional - The day before your party, use a small cookie scoop to scoop balls of sherbet from 1 tub of raspberry sherbet. Place sherbet balls in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until firm. Store the sherbet balls in a zip-top baggie until time for your party.
In a large punch bowl, pour in raspberry lemonade.
Use a large spoon to add scoops of raspberry sherbet.
Pour cold ginger ale over the sherbet. The punch will foam up. Stir well.
Add a few of your frozen sherbet balls to the top of the punch bowl. Do not stir.
Serve immediately!
Notes
If you can't find Simply Lemonade with Raspberry, you can use pink lemonade.
You can continue adding balls of sherbet during the party if needed. The balls are to add a pretty look to your punch bowl as the sherbet starts to melt.
You can substitute any flavor of sherbet in this recipe. I used one tub of raspberry sherbet and one tub of rainbow sherbet because that was what my grocery store had available.
If you do not make the sherbet balls in advance, you can put both tubs of sherbet into the punch bowl when you first make the punch.
