Chicken Ranch Snack Wraps

Chicken Ranch Snack Wraps are an easy McDonald’s copycat recipe that is perfect for a snack or a light lunch. These quick and easy snacks use frozen chicken strips for convenience and are easily customizable.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Tyson Southern Style Chicken Breast Tenderloins
  • 2 taco-sized flour tortillas
  • 2 Tbsp Fiesta blend cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp shredded lettuce
  • 1 Tbsp Ranch dressing

Directions

  • Heat chicken breast tenderloins in the air fryer or microwave according to package directions. For the air fryer, cook at 370 degrees F for 16-18 minutes, flipping halfway through cook time.
  • Once the chicken has heated through, microwave tortillas on HIGH power for 15 seconds.
  • Top each tortilla with 1 Tbsp of shredded cheese, 1 Tbsp of shredded lettuce, and 1 chicken breast tenderloin. Drizzle ranch on top.
  • Roll up each tortilla. Secure with toothpicks, if desired.

Notes

You can substitute your favorite fried chicken tenders or grilled chicken in this recipe.
Use as much or as little ranch as desired.
Feel free to add additional toppings such as crumbled bacon, tomatoes, or BBQ sauce.
