Fudge Stripe Cookie Bars

These Fudge Stripe Cookie Bars are a new twist on the classic Magic Cookie Bars or sometimes called 7-Layer Bars. The Keebler Fudge Stripes Cookies really elevate these cookie bars. Give these bars a try next time you're looking for a quick and easy dessert.

Ingredients
 

  • 27 Keebler Fudge Stripes cookies
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can, 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13-Inch baking dish. Set aside.
  • Place the Keebler Fudge Stripes cookies into a food processor and process until they are fine crumbs. Stir in the melted butter until cookie crumbs are moistened. Press the cookie crumbs into the bottom of the greased baking dish to form a crust.
  • Sprinkle the coconut, both kinds of chocolate chips, and nuts over the crust. Evenly drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the top.
  • Bake uncovered for 24-30 minutes until golden brown around the edges. Cool completely. Cut Into 2-Inch squares.
