These Poppy Seed Turkey and Cheese Sliders are the perfect family-friendly meal! Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a rimmed cookie sheet with aluminum foil then spray with cooking spray.
Use a large serrated knife to slice rolls in half to separate the tops and bottoms. Place the bottoms of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
Layer half the cheese over the bottom half of the rolls. Next, layer all of the turkey. Then layer the other half of the cheese over the turkey.
Add the tops of the rolls.
Whisk the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds in a small bowl. Brush the butter mixture all over the rolls, allowing it to drip down the sides. Pour any remaining sauce over the rolls.
Bake uncovered for 15-25 minutes until the tops of the rolls are browned.
Slice into individual sliders.
Notes
To make hot ham and cheese sandwiches, simply substitute sliced turkey for the sliced deli ham.
