Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix up the crust by blending together the strawberry cake mix, 1/2 cup melted butter and egg. Press the crust into the greased baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Cool completely.
In a small bowl, whip the cream cheese until it is light and fluffy.
Combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla n the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Whip mixture on high speed for 3-5 minutes until stiff peaks form.
Use a stiff spatula to fold the whipped cream cheese into the whipped cream until they are fully combined. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
At serving time, crush up Oreos then add in 1/4 cup melted butter and the package of dry Jello mix. Shake well until all the crumbs are moistened. Sprinkle the crumbs over the filling. Serve immediately.
