To truly take your Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Bars to the next level, it’s essential to master the art of creating a light and fluffy whipped cheesecake topping.

This topping adds a beautiful texture to the bars and enhances their overall taste.

To make the perfect whipped cheesecake topping, start with softened cream cheese and beat it until it’s light and fluffy.

In a separate bowl, whip together the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla.

Continue whipping for 3-5 minutes until stiff peaks form.

You’ll want the whipped cream to be on the firmer side so that it wil hold its shape.

Finally, gently fold the fluffy cream cheese into the whipped cream until no streaks remain.

A touch of vanilla extract can help to enhance the flavor of the cheesecake as well.

Once you’ve prepared the topping, spread it over the cooled crust then refrigerate until you’re ready to serve your bars.

🔑 Key to Success #3 – Add the Topping When You’re Ready to Serve

Once you’ve prepared the perfect strawberry crunch cheesecake bars and whipped up a delectable topping to go with it, there’s one final step to ensure you achieve the ultimate dessert experience.

This final step is perhaps the best part of these Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Bars.

It’s the crunchy topping.

The crunchy topping is made from Golden Oreos, melted butter, and strawberry Jello.

We just using the Jello powder, not adding ingredients as called for on the box.

Simply crush up the whole Oreos in a zip-top baggie then pour in the melted butter and Jello gelatin powder.

Then shake the bag until the Oreo crumbs are fully moistened.

Adding the topping just before serving is key to maintaining its light, fluffy texture and preserving the overall quality of the bars.
