Ingredients
 

For the Pie

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can, 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest, optional

For the Crust

  • 9- inch prepared Graham Cracker Crust

Directions

  • In a large mixing bowl using a hand mixer, blend together the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add the lemon juice and zest and mix to combine. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust.
  • Refrigerate at least two hours. Serve cold.
