Monte Cristo Sandwich Sliders are a fresh take on a traditional Monte Cristo Sandwich. They're served on Hawaiian rolls and loaded with savory ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9X13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil then spray with cooking spray.
Use a large serrated knife to slice the entire package of rolls in half so that you have separated the tops and the bottoms. Place the bottoms of the rolls into the prepared pan.
Layer the sliced ham over the bottoms of the rolls. Then layer the turkey over the ham. Finally, layer the Swiss cheese.
Add the tops of the rolls.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Brush or spoon the mixture over the top of the rolls, allowing it to run down the sides.
Cover the rolls loosely with aluminum foil and allow them to stand for 5-10 minutes to absorb the sauce. Bake covered for 20 minutes. Then uncover and cook another 3-5 minutes until the tops of the rolls are browned.
Slice into individual sliders. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with raspberry jam, if desired.
