Ingredients
 

  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 ½ Tbsp chipotle chile powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 24 oz about 3 cups whole unsalted raw almonds

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together maple syrup, chipotle chile powder, smoked paprika, and salt in a medium bowl, Stir in raw almonds.
  • Spread the almond mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through baking.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature.

Notes

I used almonds in this recipe, but you can substitute any type of nuts.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
