- 1 1/2 Tbsp chipotle chile powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 24 oz about 3 cups whole unsalted raw almonds

- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together maple syrup, chipotle chile powder, smoked paprika, and salt in a medium bowl, Stir in raw almonds.
- Spread the almond mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through baking.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
