Ingredients

  • 8 oz refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 pkg Pillsbury Heart shape sugar cookie dough
  • 1 pint strawberry ice cream
  • ¼ cup Cupid Mix M&Ms
  • Valentine's Day sprinkles
  • Hershey's chocolate syrup

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a large skillet or baking dish.
  • Press about 8 ounces of chocolate chip cookie dough into the bottom of the skillet, completely covering the bottom.
  • Place 8-10 unbaked heart shape sugar cookies on top of the chocolate chip cookie dough, arranging them in a pretty design. Make sure the side with the clearest heart design is faced up.
  • Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes until the cookies are lightly browned around the edges and the middle is set.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the cookie to cool for at least 15 minutes.
  • Top with strawberry ice cream. Sprinkle Valentine's Day M&Ms on top of the ice cream. Drizzle chocolate syrup all over then top with Valentine's Day sprinkles.
  • Serve in the skillet!

Notes

You can substitute your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe for the refrigerated dough. We love these rainy day chocolate chip cookies.
