Whip up a batch of these irresistible Butterfinger S'mores Bars with Caramel topped with a generous layer of melted chocolate. They're perfect for a crowd and guaranteed to impress your friends with a unique twist on an all-time favorite campfire treat.
Arrange graham crackers to cover the bottom of the pan. Spread the marshmallows over the top of the graham crackers.
Place the caramel bits and milk in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on HIGH power for 30 seconds then stir well. Continue heating in 15-second increments until the caramel is melted and smooth. Allow the caramel to cool for 2-3 minutes so that it won't melt the marshmallows.
Pour the caramel over the marshmallows then stir to coat the marshmallows well, making sure the caramel gets down to the graham crackers.
Reserve about 1/4 of the Butterfinger bits for the top then sprinkle the remaining Butterfinger bits over the caramel.
Place chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on HIGH power for 30 seconds. Stir until melted and smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the Butterfinger bits then use the back of a spoon to spread to the edges of the pan.
Sprinkle the reserved Butterfinger bits over the chocolate layer.
