Ingredients

  • about 6 graham crackers, full sheets
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 11 oz bag caramel bits
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 8 oz Butterfinger baking bits, or about 8 fun size Butterfinger candy bars, chopped, divided
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter

Directions

  • Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Arrange graham crackers to cover the bottom of the pan. Spread the marshmallows over the top of the graham crackers.
  • Place the caramel bits and milk in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on HIGH power for 30 seconds then stir well. Continue heating in 15-second increments until the caramel is melted and smooth. Allow the caramel to cool for 2-3 minutes so that it won't melt the marshmallows.
  • Pour the caramel over the marshmallows then stir to coat the marshmallows well, making sure the caramel gets down to the graham crackers.
  • Reserve about 1/4 of the Butterfinger bits for the top then sprinkle the remaining Butterfinger bits over the caramel.
  • Place chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on HIGH power for 30 seconds. Stir until melted and smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the Butterfinger bits then use the back of a spoon to spread to the edges of the pan.
  • Sprinkle the reserved Butterfinger bits over the chocolate layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour until firm.
