Lemon Blueberry Cream Cheese Danishes

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and egg yolk until smooth.
  • Cut out the inside of the slider buns. Brush the egg wash on the tops of the rolls then sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  • Fill with the cream cheese mixture. Top with blueberry pie filling and bake for 15 minutes.
