Ingredients

  • 2 boxes, 18 oz each chewy fudge brownie mix
  • 1 1/3 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp water
  • 1 can, 16 oz vanilla frosting
  • gel food coloring in Easter colors, blue, yellow, pink, and purple
  • Easter sprinkles
  • 16 Peeps Marshmallow Bunnies

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line a 17x11-inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non stick cooking spray.
  • Stir the brownie mixes, oil, eggs, and water together in a large bowl until well blended. Spread into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted about 2 inches from the edge of the pan comes out clean. Cool completely.
  • Use a 4x2-3/4-inch egg-shaped cookie cutter to cut 16 egg-shaped brownies. Or use a sharp knife to cut the brownies into egg shapes, just make sure they are bigger than your Peeps Marshmallow Bunnies.
  • Divide the frosting into bowls and dye with the food coloring. Frost the brownies with frosting, add a Peep then decorate the exposed frosting with sprinkles.

Notes

Get creative and try different shaped cookie cutters! Just be sure the shape is big enough for the Peep bunny to fit on it.
