Key to Success #1 – Bake Brownies in a Half Sheet Pan

To achieve the perfect texture and thickness for your Easter Egg Brownies, baking them in a half sheet pan is key.

This larger 11×17 inch pan will make the brownies thinner so that they can be cut into shapes.

Plus, the larger surface area means more space for egg shaped brownies.

You’ll be able to get about 16 brownies from this easy brownie box mix recipe.

For the brownie batter, use two boxes of brownie mix or your favorite recipe.

This is our favorite Homemade Brownie Recipe, and it’s perfect for this Easter recipe.

Key to Success #2 – Find the Proper Easter Egg Cookie Cutter

When it comes to transforming your Easter Egg Brownies into picture-perfect treats, finding the proper Easter Egg Cookie Cutter is essential.

This tool will help you achieve consistent and uniform shapes for your brownies, allowing for a professional and polished finish.

Look for an egg shaped cookie cutter that is 4 inches long by 2 3/4 inches wide.

This is the perfect size to fit the Peeps brand marshmallow bunnies.

With the right cookie cutter in hand, you’ll be well on your way to creating an impressive display of Easter treats that are as visually appealing as they are delicious.

Key to Success #3 – Use Gel Food Coloring For Brownie Frosting

To elevate your Easter Egg Brownies even further, consider using gel food coloring to color the brownie frosting.

Gel food coloring provides vibrant and intense colors that can really make your brownies pop.

The thicker consistency of gel food coloring also makes it easier to control the color intensity, allowing you to achieve the perfect shade for your Easter treats.

Avoid using liquid food coloring because it may cause the frosting to become too runny and unable to stay on top of brownies.

By stirring in some gel food coloring to your brownie frosting, you’ll give your treats an extra pop of color, making them even more irresistible.

Key to Success #4 – Colorful Decorations with Bunny Peeps for Easter Holiday Flair

To make your Easter Egg Brownies truly stand out, consider adding colorful decorations for some Easter holiday flair.

You can use a variety of Easter-themed toppings such as pastel-colored sprinkles, mini chocolate eggs, white chocolate chips, or even edible glitter to give your brownies a festive and eye-catching look.

Get creative with your decorations.

Make it a fun activity with your kids.

Have fun experimenting with different shapes and colors to bring color and whimsy to your Easter celebration.
