  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish or pie plate.
  • Chop the bacon then place it in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until the bacon is crispy and brown. Drain well.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low then add the cream cheese and stir until melted. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  • Stir in the Swiss cheese and mix until fully combined.
  • Spread the cheese mixture into the prepared pan. Crush the Ritz crackers and sprinkle the crumbs around the edges of the pan.
  • Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly.
