  • In a medium saucepan, combine the brownie mix and milk. Whisk the mixture over medium-low heat until it is smooth and thick, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
  • Once the brownie mixture is cool, beat heavy whipping cream, pudding mix, and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the brownie mixture into the whipped cream.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Serve immediately for a silky smooth texture or chill 1-2 hours for a thicker mousse-like texture. Serve with fresh fruit, butter cookies, pretzels, or other dippers.
