  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 24-cup mini muffin tin with parchment paper liners.
  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cocoa poweder and oil. Add butter and melt in the microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir well. Cool slightly.
  • Add sugar and eggs, mixing well to combine.
  • Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the chocolate mixture. Stir until just combined. Stir in vanilla.
  • Using a small cookie scoop, fill each mini muffin cup about 3/4 of the way with brownie batter.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 14 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately press a mini candy bar into the center of each brownie bite. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
