Cadbury Creme Egg Brownies

Take decadent brownies to another level by adding Cadbury Creme Eggs to the mix. The candy makes these brownies so ooey gooey. They're perfect for Easter.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper then grease well. Set aside.
  • Place butter and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH power for 30 seconds then stir well. Microwave for another 30 seconds then stir until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  • Add granulated sugar and brown sugar and stir well to combine. Stir in vanilla extract and eggs. Add salt and flour. Stir until just combined. Fold in the chopped Cadbury Creme Eggs. (Reserve the halved Cadbury Creme Eggs.)
  • Spread brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and press the halved Cadbury Creme Eggs into the top of the brownies. Return to the oven and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
