Dino Ham and Cheese Sliders

Dino Ham and Cheese Sliders are a great belly-filling food idea for your Dinosaur Party. These simple Ham and Cheese Sliders will be a hit at your birthday party. Sometimes simpler is better, especially when you're feeding kids.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cover a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  • Separate rolls and slice each one in half, separating the tops and the bottoms.
  • Fold each cheese slice in half then in half again to create 4 quarters.
  • For each roll, assemble the sandwiches by placing a cheese quarter on the bottom bun then adding a slice of ham (may need to fold it to fit on the bun). Add another cheese quarter on top of the ham then top with the top of the bun.
  • Place sandwiches on the foil-lined baking sheet. Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes until sandwiches are hot and cheese is melted.

Notes

  • Can substitute sliced deli turkey for the ham.
  • Try substituting white American cheese for the Kraft singles.
