Easter Bunny Hot Cocoa Bombs are a festive take on the DIY Hot Cocoa Bombs that have been all the rage on social media in the last year. We're taking a chocolate bunny and filling him up with all the hot cocoa goodies.

  • Using a HOT knife, slice the bottom section of the bunny off about 1/2 inch up from the bottom.
  • Work quickly to add about 2 Tbsp of hot cocoa mix then fill the rest with miniature marshmallows.
  • Finally, place the bottom of the bunny back into place, allowing the chocolate to cool and harden.'
  • Heat up 2-3 cups of milk on the stovetop or microwave.
  • Place the filled chocolate bunny into a large ceramic mug then pour hot milk over until the chocolate melts.
  • Stir the milk and chocolate together to make hot cocoa.
