  • Line a large baking sheet or countertop with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the popped popcorn, mini pretzels, and marshmallows.
  • Melt the white almond bark or white chocolate according to package instructions until smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn mixture. Gently stir until lightly coated.
  • Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
  • Immediately sprinkle with pastel M&M candies and sprinkles while the chocolate is still soft.
  • Let the mixture set completely at room temperature.
  • Break into clusters and serve.

Notes

Use lightly salted popcorn for the best sweet and salty balance.
Do not overcoat the popcorn with chocolate. A light drizzle keeps it crisp.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
