Ingredients
- 6 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup mini pretzel twists
- 15 oz white chocolate candy coating
- 3 Tbsp Easter sprinkles
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup miniature candy-coated chocolate eggs
Directions
- In large bowl, combine Rice Chex cereal, miniature marshmallows, and pretzels.
- In small microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate candy coating in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
- Pour candy coating over Chex Mix and stir to coat completely.
- Spread Chex Mix out onto waxed paper. While still wet, sprinkle Easter sprinkles over the Chex Mix. Let dry completely, about 15 minutes.
- Break Chex Mix into bite-sized pieces and place in a large zip-top plastic baggie. Pour in powdered sugar and shake to coat.
- Scoop Chex Mix out into a serving bowl. Discard remaining powdered sugar.
- Stir in candy-coated chocolate eggs.
