  • 1 packet Fiesta Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can, 10 oz Ro-tel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 1 can, 15 oz whole kernel corn, drained
  • ¾ cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions
