Hot Italian Sliders

These Hot Italian Sliders are layered with deli meats, melty provolone, tangy peppers, and a buttery garlic glaze on soft Hawaiian rolls. They’re quick, easy, and perfect for parties, game day, or family dinner.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating the individual rolls. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
  • Layer the fillings:
  • Evenly layer the ham, salami, and pepperoni over the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Add the cheese slices on top of the meat.
  • Sprinkle over the pepperoncini and roasted red pepper strips.
  • Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  • Make the glaze: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush or spoon evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  • Cover the dish loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
  • Serve: Let sliders rest for 5 minutes before slicing into individual sandwiches. Serve warm.
