  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Stir cream cheese and cheddar cheese together in a bowl until well combined.
  • Evenly distribute the cheese mixture among the jalapeño halves, and then carefully top each one with a sausage.
  • Separate the crescent dough into 16 triangles for wrapping.
  • Roll each cheese and sausage-filled jalapeño in a triangle of crescent dough. Ensure each jalapeño is fully covered, then place on the prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake until the dough is golden brown, approximately 13 to 15 minutes.
  • Allow the baked jalapeños to stand for 5 minutes to cool slightly before serving.
