Ingredients
 

  • 3.4 oz box butterscotch instant pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups cold milk
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 6 oz graham cracker pie crust
  • 6 oz Heath English Toffee bits

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes, until thickened.
  • Refrigerate the pudding mixture for 5–10 minutes to allow it to fully set.
  • Gently fold in the Cool Whip until smooth and fully combined.
  • Stir in about half of the toffee bits.
  • Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Sprinkle with additional toffee bits just before serving.
