  • 16 oz Hormel Black Label Bacon

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place an oven-safe metal rack on a rimmed baking sheet that has been covered with foil.
  • Lay the bacon in a single layer on the metal rack. Do not allow any part of the bacon to overlap. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Flip the bacon slices. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until the bacon is cooked to your desired crispness.
  • Remove the bacon slices to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
