Rainbow Fruit Tray

A Rainbow Fruit Tray is a cute and cheery way to customize the fruit tray for your next party. You are sure to get plenty of compliments when your guests see your colorful fruit shaped into a rainbow with those puffy marshmallow clouds. Just make sure it's not too pretty to eat!

Directions

  • Slice strawberries in half. Larger strawberries may need to be cut into quarters. Peel oranges and cut into bite-sized chunks. Cut pineapple chunks into bite-sized pieces. Peel kiwis and slice into half-moons.

Arrange fruit on a large platter in the shape of a rainbow in the following order:

  • 1) Strawberries laying with skin (red side) up
  • 2) Oranges
  • 3) Pineapples
  • 4) Kiwis
  • 5) Blueberries
  • 6) Grapes
  • Pile marshmallows at each end of the rainbow.
