Red Robin Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Wrap (Copycat Recipe)

BBQ Chicken Wraps are an easy copycat version of the Red Robin Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Wrap. Crispy chicken tenders are wrapped in a soft tortilla with smoky BBQ sauce, cool ranch dressing, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and crunchy tortilla strips. This quick chicken wrap recipe uses frozen chicken tenders for convenience and makes a perfect 25-minute lunch or dinner.

  • Heat chicken breast tenderloins in the air fryer or microwave according to package directions. For the air fryer, cook at 370 degrees F for 16-18 minutes, flipping halfway through cook time. Use a large knife to slice each chicken tenderloin into 2-3 thin strips.
  • Once the chicken has heated through, microwave wraps on HIGH power for 15 seconds to soften them and make them easier to roll.
  • Top each wrap with 3 or 4 strips of prepared chicken, half of the tortilla strips, 1 Tbsp of shredded cheese, and 1 Tbsp of shredded lettuce. Drizzle BBQ sauce and ranch dressing on top.
  • Tuck in the sides of each wrap then roll them up. Secure with toothpicks, if desired.

Notes

You can substitute your favorite fried chicken tenders or grilled chicken in this recipe.
Use as much or as little ranch and BBQ sauce as desired.
Feel free to add additional toppings such as crumbled bacon, and tomatoes.
