  • In a medium bowl, combine white chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave on HIGH power for 30 seconds. Stir well. Continue microwaving in 30-second increments until the mixture is smooth. Add vanilla and stir well.
  • Add Chex cereal and marshmallows. Gently stir until fully covered.
  • Add powdered sugar to a gallon sized zip-top baggie. Add the cereal mixture, seal the bag, and shake to coat well.
  • Pour out onto waxed paper. Cool completely before serving.
