Under the Sea Strawberries
Under the Sea Strawberries are the cutest treat idea for your next Mermaid Party or Beach Party. Your guests will love these delicious chocolate-covered strawberries with adorable little fishies on them. They are a colorful sweet treat that will be the star of your party food table.

Ingredients
- 24 strawberries
- 1 pkg, 12 oz light blue candy coating
- 24 Goldfish Colors crackers
- 1 bottle Wilton white sugar pearls sprinkles
Directions
- Wash strawberries and dry them very well.
- Place blue candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high power for 1 minute. Stir well. Microwave in 30-second increments until candies are melted and smooth.
- One at a time, dip the strawberries into the melted blue candy then tap off the excess. Place the strawberries on a sheet of waxed paper. Place a goldfish cracker in the center of the strawberry. Place three small sugar pearls in a row coming from the goldfish's mouth.
- Allow to cool and dry completely, about 15 minutes.
