Golden brown on the edges and thick and chewy on the inside, these White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies have the perfect amount of white chocolate and macadamia nuts. These delicious cookies are not lacking in the flavor department for sure.

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  • Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and almond extract and mix well. 
  • Add salt, baking powder, and flour and mix until just blended.
  • Stir in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. 
  • Bake 10 minutes until edges are golden brown.
