  • Mix cocoa and oil. Add butter and melt in the microwave.
  • Cool slightly. Add sugar and eggs, mix well.
  • Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the chocolate mixture.
  • Stir in nuts, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
  • Pour batter into a greased 13 X 9-inch pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
